椰壳活性炭介绍
巩义超越椰壳活性炭采用优质椰壳为原料，经炭化、活化、及后期精制等工艺加工而成。椰壳活性炭外观为黑色，呈颗粒状，柱状、粉状三种形态，椰壳活性炭具有微孔结构发达、吸附速率快、吸附周期短、杂质含量底、表面洁度好、耐磨强度高、棱角圆润、粒度均匀、反复再生使用等特点。椰壳活性炭是看不到的空气过滤网，以其物理吸附和化学分解相结合的功能，分解空气中的甲醛、氨、苯、香烟、油烟等有害气体及各种异味，尤其是致癌的芳香类物质，椰壳活性炭具有极强的吸附能力，是一种常用的吸附剂、催化剂或催化剂载体。

1、纯水净化椰壳活性炭
纯水净化椰壳活性炭是一种质量极好的过滤材料，材料来源于印度尼西亚及越南等国，原材质高肉厚，通过炭化，活化后微孔及其发达，是瓶装水，桶装水等纯净水过滤不可缺少的材料之一。纯水净化椰壳活性炭主要用于家庭饮用水、自来水厂水处理、桶装水生产的深度水净化，也可用于纯净水、矿泉水、高纯水、饮料等高纯度水处理。
2、污水净化椰壳活性炭
污水净化椰壳活性炭主要用于环保工程废水、垃圾渗滤液、生活废水净化、脱色、脱臭、降cod。 主要用于各种工业级污水深度净化和工厂的水处理净化。例如电镀废水处理站所采用的就是用椰壳活性炭吸附的方法，由于其吸附效果良好，所以称为一种很有价值的净水材料。
3、气体吸附椰壳活性炭

4、提取黄金用椰壳活性炭
提取黄金用活性炭，采用东南亚优质椰壳为原料，并经炭化、高温活化以及预处理，精制加工而成。产品具有孔隙结构发达，比表面积大，耐磨强度高，吸附速度快，吸附容量大，易于解吸，可反复再生使用等显著特点，广泛应用于炭浆法和堆浸法提取黄金工艺中。该黄金用活性炭采用了特殊工艺，对活性炭颗粒进行了高强度整形，几乎全部去除了颗粒中针形、尖状、棱角状等易磨部分。颗粒形状饱满、均匀，大大提高了产品的耐磨强度，进厂后无需进行预磨，水冲洗后便可直接使用。
5、载银椰壳活性炭
载银活性炭是将银离子交换进活性炭的孔中，经过特殊固定的一种新技术净水产品。它利用活性炭强大的"范德华"力，吸附活性炭过滤器中大量的有机物并起到杀菌，且在活性炭内减少细菌的滋生，降低活性炭过滤器出水亚硝酸盐含量的增高。载银活性炭工艺中不加任何酸、碱，而载银后的活性炭内只有银离子，而不是氧化银，真正起到净化水的效果。
6、溶剂回收用椰壳活性炭
rj型溶剂用活性炭，它是选用优质椰壳原料，经特殊工艺生产的一种柱状成型活性炭，粒度为6-8目(φ3mm)，也可根据用户要求，做成破碎形状活性炭。该活性炭其主要特点:吸附速度快，脱附耗用蒸汽量少，质量指标完全能同国外产品相媲美，主要用于汽油、丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、甲苯等溶剂的回收。
注意事项
1、椰壳活性炭在运输过程中，防止与坚硬物质混状，不可踩、踏，以防炭粒破碎，影响质量。
2、储存应储存于多孔型吸附剂，所以在运输储存和使用过程中，都要防止水浸，因水浸后，大量水充满活性空隙，使其失去作用。
3、椰壳活性炭防止焦油类物质在使用过程中，应禁止焦油类物质带入活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用。有除焦设备净化气体。
4、防火活性炭在储存或运输时，防止与火源直接接触，以防着火、活性炭再生时避免进氧并再生彻底，再生后必须用蒸汽冷却降至80℃以下，否则温度高，遇氧，活性炭自燃。
